Technical Requirements

To watch any live-streamed event at Doors, it is your obligation to make sure that your viewing device and system meet the applicable minimum technical requirements.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with the Service due to errors or defaults, you understand and agree that you have to cooperate with us, to the extent reasonably possible and necessary, to determine whether your hardware, software and/or network connection is the cause of such errors or defaults.

Connection speed

To get a good viewing experience you need a stable internet connection with at least a 10 MBit per second download speed, but ideally higher than that. You can check your internet connection speed, for example, at speedtest.net.

Our video player uses adaptive bitrate streaming (ABR) algorithms optimized for low-latency. The player measures quality of service and bandwidth availability in real time and adapts video quality and buffer levels, to provide uninterrupted playback. When connection quality suffers, ABR switches to a lower bitrate; when connection quality improves, it switches to a higher bitrate.
If you're experiencing a stream that continues to stick, lag or cuts you may be experiencing connection issues. If this is happening, it may also help to choose a set quality using the quality picker icon for a period of time until your connection improves.
