How do I sign up?

As an artist, or someone working for an artist, you simply sign up at Once inside you add artist profile(s) and handle your events.

Which countries do you support?

We support event organizer accounts with payout in 39 countries and ticket buyers from anywhere in the world.

Can I get a demo?

Of course! The best way is to first sign up for an account (it's free) and then book a meeting with our Creator Services team to get a tour.

How is revenue split between the artist and Doors?

The artist controls the consumer ticket price.

Doors automatically deducts VAT for countries where it applies and pays copyright fees.

The proceeds after VAT and copyright fees are split 70% for the artist and 30% to Doors.

How are payments handled?

Doors has a global partnership with Stripe to handle secure payments.
We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you comply with licensing requirements?

Doors has working relationships with performance rights and collective management organizations around the world to ensure the rights holders are paid.

How many viewers can my event have?

There's no limit.

If you expect to sell more than 1 million tickets, please give us a heads up.

What is your policy on replays?

Events at Doors are strictly live at the time of broadcast and will not be replayed.
This is partly based on taking a meaningful approach to live streaming but also due to licensing.
