This month, K-Pop superstars including EXO’s Kai, ENHYPEN, NCT Dream, Mamamoo and many more will appear on stage at KPOP.FLEX festival at Deutsche Bank Park Stadium in Frankfurt – the first festival of its kind in Europe. This is your chance to view Europe’s first-ever K-Pop mega-festival as an exclusive digital experience. 

The KPOP.FLEX digital experience will be shown across six different time zones, lasting for around 90 minutes. As you watch, you can join fan-exclusive group chats to gather around the artists and the music you love.

Once you’ve bought a ticket, share the **Watch together with friends** link in your ticket email. Whoever buys a ticket using that link will be added to your private bubble at the show so you can chat and interact!

**When will the digital event take place?**
We’re offering several opportunities to participate in the experience. A prime-time slot should be available wherever you’re located, but if that doesn’t work feel free to select another showing. The content will be exactly the same, whichever time slot you choose.

>Yes, with the exception of South Korea. 

 

>**Can I rewatch the event later?**
>No. The event is live only, so fans can participate and interact. It can’t be watched on demand later.

>Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a ticket with a unique link that you can save – this is your access link to the event. We'll also send the ticket to you by email so your link will be easy to find.

>The KPOP.FLEX digital experience is a “best of” event film featuring performances & artists from the festival, which took place May 14th & 15th at Deutsche Bank Arena, Frankfurt. The stream will last around 90 minutes. Fans can then watch together in fandom-specific group chats while enjoying the show.

>**How do I invite friends to watch with me?**
>Once you’ve purchased a ticket, you’ll find a unique “Watch together with friends” link at the bottom of your ticket email. Send this link to anyone you like, anywhere in the world, and they can use it to buy a ticket too. Anyone who uses your unique link to buy a ticket will be added to your own private bubble so you can chat and interact throughout the show.

>Merchandise is printed on-demand and as such we can’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
