Tickets

Where do I find my ticket?

Once you've paid, you'll receive a ticket with a link to our digital venue.
We'll send the tickets to you by email too.
You’ll also find your ticket(s) if you return to the event's page using the same device and browser that you used to make the purchase.
If you are using a public or shared device and don’t want other people to access your ticket, we recommend you clear your data from the browser storage right after purchase.
If you can't find the tickets in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find your tickets, please contact [email protected].

Do I need an account to buy a ticket?

No, you don't need an account to make a purchase. Enter your details when you check out and we'll send all the information you need to watch the event.
