Buying tickets

Through our global partnership with Stripe, we accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay or Google Pay, for payments.

All payments are securely handled by Stripe. No payment information is stored or processed by Doors. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is a new European regulatory requirement to reduce fraud and make online payments more secure.

Under this new regulation, specific types of low-risk payments may be exempted from Strong Customer Authentication. Payment providers like Stripe are able to request these exemptions when processing the payment. The cardholder’s bank will then receive the request, assess the risk level of the transaction, and ultimately decide whether to approve the exemption or whether authentication is still necessary.

Transactions below €30 are considered “low value” and may be exempted from SCA.

No, you don't need an account to make a purchase. Enter your details when you check out and we'll send all the information your need to watch the event.

Once you've paid, you'll receive a ticket with a link to our digital venue. We'll also send the tickets to you by email.

If you can't find the tickets in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find your tickets, please contact [email protected]

If an event is canceled, we’ll automatically refund everyone who bought a ticket.

If you regret your ticket purchase for any reason, you can request a refund up to 24 hours before the event is scheduled to start, by filling out this form.

After VAT and copyright fees the artist get 70% of the revenue and Doors keep 30%.

Watch events

All events at Doors are digital live broadcasts. Enjoy them on your preferred device from the location of your choice.

All our events are broadcast on doors.live. You can watch the event via your web or mobile browser. When you buy a ticket, you'll receive a link that gives you access to the digital venue. You'll also receive an email to your inbox containing all event information and the link once again.

The ticket you buy from doors.live is for the livestream event only. The artist or event may broadcast live from a venue or a studio, and will stream their performance to your browser. Check our event page on doors.live and you'll find all the information you need about the venue and the time it takes place in your timezone.

Yes, if you have an Apple TV or Chromecast along with a compatible smartphone or computer then you can cast it to your TV screen. You can also watch the livestream on a computer, smartphone or tablet.

How to watch a Doors event on your connected TV

No, all events at Doors are live and live only.

All our streams use adaptive bitrate (ABR) – so the quality of the video will depend on your connection speed. In good conditions you will be able to enjoy full HD 1080p video with great quality (a bitrate of 8.5 Mbps).

Watch together

Sharing live music with friends is a special experience. That's why Doors events can be watched with others – even if you're not together in person. There are two ways to watch shows with your friends:

If you've bought an individual ticket, and have friends who also purchased individual tickets, we can group you together during the show. You'll receive a unique event link after the purchase is made, then simply copy and send the link to your friends and they'll be added to your group. During the show, you'll be able to chat and interact with each other in your own private group.

You can purchase a three-ticket bundle and watch with friends no matter where you all live. In some cases, savings and discounts may be available when purchasing more than one ticket. Check the event page information if ticket offers are available for the event you'd like to watch. After purchasing a multiple ticket bundle, you will receive your individual ticket links which can be shared with your audience group.


Merchandise is available to buy on a per-event basis. Ultimately, it's the decision of the artist & event organizers to offer merchandise as part of the livestream experience. If there is merchandise available to purchase, it will appear on the event page or at the checkout.

Delivery times will differ depending on a number of things: where the merch is being sent from and delivered to, production times, the shipping courier, type of shipping, and the customs and excise agency in your country. It is therefore not possible to give an exact date of arrival for merchandise.

Merch is generally not shipped until the event is over and you will typically receive a shipping notification once the order has been sent. In some cases, tracking information may not be available.
